How your data is used

Sending the price form gives us these details: name, phone, email, ZIP, roll-off size, project type, where the container goes and when you need it. We also save the page you were on, the referring page, and a consent record holding the checkbox wording, the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent.

The request goes to as many as three roll-off companies in the Dallas area, who use it to quote your job by phone, text or email. We do not sell it to anyone else or reuse it.

Records are kept for up to five years so we can show that consent was given.
